This is our basic turnover service best for Airbnb with short term tenants . Detailed assessment done with photos and videos of unit before and after services are provided.
This service is a deep clean with medical grade products to disinfect the area to remove any existing bacteria in the vacation rental.
This includes everything in the Vacation rental basic turnaround. In addition, furniture and appliances will be assessed and cleaned. All vents will be thoroughly cleaned and dusted. This is best for long term vacation rental stays.
